Web design for a new brand
Background
Love Formentera is a recently established brand dedicated to real estate and property rentals in Formentera.
In the brief, the client requested a very simple website and the main functionality of the site is to provide information about the properties, acting as a showcase. The client decided that the first phase of the product would not include a booking gateway.

Nowadays it’s essential for a brand to have an online presence in order to grow, and even more so when it is a new brand that belongs to the real estate sector, an area that has experienced enormous growth online.
The solution
Design a website for a brand launch, taking into account the client's limitations and their business requirements.
First design concepts
Before starting to propose the architecture and design of the site, we researched various brands dedicated to real estate and vacation rentals to understand how they presented their businesses on their websites.
After completing this research, we began working on the site's architecture and content layout. Due to the project's tight schedule, the steps leading up to the final design phase were brief.
Final design
After creating medium/high fidelity wireframes, we proceeded with the final design, which incorporated modifications based on feedback from an iteration phase with the client.
Responsive design
Once the final desktop design was validated by the client, the mobile and tablet adaptation was carried out, to adapt the modules designed in a coherent way.
Conclusions
The website for Love Formentera was the first professional project I undertook as UX/UI designer.
Creating a digital product involves multiple phases, some of which had to be skipped in this project due to budget and time constraints. Nevertheless, it was a good example of learning to work tightly on a project, tailored to its specific requirements.
