Personal app design project for a brand of tourist activities in the Nordic countries
Background
This project involved creating two distinct digital products for a travel agency: firstly, a native iOS app, and secondly, a responsive landing designed for both desktop and mobile formats. The primary objective of this project was to compare the design processes between an app and a responsive website. It's worth noting that, for the app, components were created following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), while for the website, a UI Kit was developed from scratch.

First steps
Before starting the UI design phase, research was conducted on the sector, comparing websites and apps offering similar services. This project did not include a phase preceding the design of the screens, as it was an exercise aimed at learning the principles of UI design for an app. From this analysis, I identified common elements found in apps within this sector, which were considered in order to create a design that would feel familiar to the users.
The initial part of this project involved designing several screens for an app. This phase served to familiarize ourselves with Apple's Design System, as the components were adapted from the Human Interface Guidelines.
